sponsored memorial concert to the Founder of the Red Cross and first recipient of the Nobel Peach Prize, Henry Duant, the concert was held in the Festsaal of the
Austrian Academy of Sciences, Vienna.

Asian Music Festival 2010 in Tokyo, In Gentleness and Suddenness (shakuhachi--traditional Japanese flute), performed by Kawamura Taizan (Tokyo University of the Arts) in Japanese Sounds and Spirits, Tokyo Metropolitan Art Space, Main Hall, 6 October. This was one of two non-Japanese works included in a programme of traditional and new Japanese music.
